HERE ARE OUR TOP TIPS FOR ENSURING YOU FAST SAFELY, HOWEVER YOU CHOOSE TO FAST:
Don’t bite off more than you can chew. Just like you can’t run a marathon without training, we don’t advise you to jump into the H2Only without warming up first. Cause that might just be silly.
Don’t be reckless with your health. Fasting on water only is considered safe for 24-30 hours for those in good general health. We recommend to always check with a medical or health practitioner before considering a full day of abstinence from food. Pregnant women, small children, and anyone with compromised health or with a history of, or predisposition to, eating disorders should not fast from food at all. Instead, try living with less in other creative ways.

Being grumpy never helps anyone. Going without something normally taken for granted can be extremely difficult depending on the challenge you set. Remember to be kind to yourself, and remember how lucky you are to have the choice to go without. If you find yourself irritable without your comfort (be it food, drink, smokes, or wheels), be kind. It will get easier, we promise.
